What are the delivery times?

Products are usually delivered within 1–2 business days from the date the order is shipped from Italy.

What is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for all orders over €70.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €5.00.

Shipping is currently available to Italy and the following European countries:

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your order.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

f the recipient is absent, the service guarantees two automatic delivery attempts. If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second attempt will be made on the next business day. If the recipient is also absent during the second attempt, a notice will be left in the mailbox with the details of the post office where the package can be collected.

How do I take care of my bag?

  • Always store tissue paper inside your bag
  • When cleaning the product, be careful not to use overly aggressive detergents that could damage the accessories and components of the bag.
Do you offer product warranties?
