You may return an item within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in original condition, complete with accessories, tags, and in the original packaging. -
Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for personalized items, unless due to manufacturing defects. -
Return Procedure:
To request a return, send an email to korami.milano@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
