  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs for exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the received product is defective or incorrect.

2. Returns

  • Return Conditions:
    You may return an item within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in original condition, complete with accessories, tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    We do not accept returns for personalized items, unless due to manufacturing defects.
  • Return Procedure:
    To request a return, send an email to korami.milano@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Timeline:
    Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
