Welcome to Kora Milano. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered through the website www.koramilano.com, owned by Kora Milano S.r.l., with registered office at Via Cervignano 8 - Milan, VAT number 12845170963. Use of our website and the purchase of products imply acceptance of the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Contract
These terms govern the sale of bags, accessories, and fashion items under the Kora Milano brand. The essential characteristics of the products are described in their respective product pages.
2. Prices
The prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order and may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Kora Milano reserves the right to change prices at any time, but guarantees the application of the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment systems available at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure servers to ensure maximum protection of personal data.
4. Order Confirmation
Once the order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the purchase and shipping details. Kora Milano reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of payment issues, product availability, or incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship throughout Europe using express couriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated in the product information or on the relevant page. Kora Milano is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their intention via email to korami.milano@gmail.com. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
7. Warranty and Complaints
All products sold on Kora Milano are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. In case of defects or non-conforming products, the customer has the right to request repair, replacement, or, in applicable cases, a refund. Any complaints can be submitted via email to korami.milano@gmail.com.
