Shipping is free for orders over €75.00; for orders below this amount, a €5.00 shipping fee applies.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding Italian public holidays) are processed and shipped within 24/48 business hours, with tracking details provided.
If the product is still in production, you will be notified, and shipping will take place within 5/7 business days.
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be modified or canceled; you will need to wait for delivery to initiate a return.
For orders paid via credit card or PayPal, an administrative verification may be required, extending processing times up to 48 business hours.
Customers will always receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with tracking details to monitor the shipment's status.
Delivery:
Delivery within mainland Italy occurs within 24/48 hours from the time of shipment, while deliveries to islands require 48/72 hours.
All orders are processed automatically, and shipping and delivery times cannot be modified.
Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
The courier will attempt delivery twice; if both attempts fail, the package will be held at the nearest post office corresponding to the recipient’s postal code.
