All orders are processed and shipped from Italy.
The shipping is always free for all orders over Euro 75.00, for lower orders it will cost Euro 5.00.
Orders are usually processed and shipped from the warehouse within the next 24/48h working hours for orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding Italian holidays).
** If the ordered product is already in stock, you will be provided the tracking within 1/2 working days; if it is still in production, the shipment will start in 5/7 working days.
Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
It will be necessary to wait for delivery to proceed to exercise the cancellation.
For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, an administrative verification may be required with order processing time of up to 48h business hours.
Beyond the payment method used, customers will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will allow them to check their order and shipping status.
Products are delivered in 24/48h from shipping (for islands it will take 48/72h).
