Shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order and may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Kora Milano reserves the right to modify prices at any time but guarantees the application of the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Methods

4. Order Confirmation

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their intention via email to korami.milano@gmail.com. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and with the tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

In case of defects or non-conforming products, the customer has the right to request repair, replacement, or, in the cases provided by law, a refund.
