1. Exchanges
Exchange Conditions:
We accept exchange requests within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange request, please contact our Customer Service at korami.milano@gmail.com. We will provide detailed instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
2. Returns
Return Conditions:
You can return an item within 15 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund. Items must be in their original condition, complete with accessories, tags, and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for personalized items unless they have manufacturing defects.
Return Process:
To request a return, send an email to korami.milano@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method:
The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
