RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can send a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw by emailing korami.milano@gmail.com. Please request the withdrawal form and then follow the instructions provided in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the process.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form to be placed inside the box, a document with the warehouse address to print and attach to the outside of the package, and instructions on how to proceed with returning the product.
Insert the completed return form inside the box along with the product(s) to be returned.
Prepare the box by attaching the sheet with our warehouse address to the outside.

RETURN DEADLINE

The return of items must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 15 days from the day the withdrawal request was made. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the 15-day period. For your safety, always keep the receipt of shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return will remain under the customer’s responsibility until the package is delivered to our warehouse.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

If you are returning a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In addition to the value of the purchased products, you will be reimbursed for any logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order, if the returned product was the only one in the order. No shipping costs will be charged for the return.

REFUND

Your return will be processed within 15 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Processing times may vary due to transportation delays during holidays or force majeure events. Nevertheless, we strive to minimize these delays as much as possible.
We reserve the right to issue a refund only after completing the necessary quality checks, or in the case of defective products, verifying the non-conformity reported by the customer.
All payments made for returned items will be refunded. Refunds will generally be issued within 15 days from the completion of the quality check. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal), unless the customer requests a different payment method; in that case, any additional costs arising from the new payment method will be charged to the customer.
